The project was to be built ground up, which gave us a lot of room to play around with the concepts. The client narrowed it down to a Neo-classical theme and we followed in. The place was designed in a way to feel simple yet speaks of its grandiosity. A warm, inviting with a touch of luxe- the palette was achieved through the use of minimal colors. Burberry grey marble was used for flooring, whereas walls were played with a lot of white-on-white textures. Since the project was developed by a builder to sell ahead- the cost-effectiveness of the project was the primary key.
